One thing to note is that our products are in downloaded format; hence, there are no shipping charges. We, however, feel that you still might have a few floating questions in your mind regarding how to approach and download your files. So, here is everything that will help you regarding our digital shipping policy:
Digital Downloads
1. Instant Access:
- After your payment, you will instantly be e-mailed a download link to your purchased files. This e-mail should be with you in a few minutes after ordering.
- Log into your account then go to "My Account" or "Order History". The links to your downloads are there.
2. Order Confirmation Email
- Note: Enter a valid email address during checkout so your download link will be delivered.
- It should come in a few minutes after purchase. If not, kindly check your spam or junk folder.
3. Download Limits
- There wouldn't be any limit to how many times you can download your files. However, we would recommend keeping a copy of the files by downloading and transferring them to your backup storage ASAP after purchase.
4. File Formats
- Digital products are available in the following formats: SVG, PNG, AI, DXF, EPS, and CDR. Always remember to open files as the correct files on which the proper software will be able to view and process them.
